Accessing the Help Request catalog

Help Requests are a method for users on CannaMLS to request the assistance of a PRO in buying or selling their property or business. Help Requests are saved in a special section of the site called the Help Request catalog. Only PRO users have access to this catalog and can browse and interact with the Help Requests.

You must have a PRO account and be logged in to access the Help Request catalog.

Accessing the catalog

If you are a PRO user, you should find a "Help Requests" link under the "PRO Directory" tab in the main site navigation bar.

Clicking on the link will take you to the Help Request catalog.

From here you can use the filter pane to find only those requests that interest you.

Replying to users

Clicking on a request will open a panel with more information.

At the bottom of the panel you will find a messaging section similar to the ones on listings and PRO profiles. You can use this to contact the author. Some Help Requests also include the author's email and phone number. You can also use these if you prefer.
