Also, we have been able to secure the very last dispensary license in Bay City in that prime area strategically located on Garfield road, which is a main street leading to Uptown and Downtown Bay City.  Uptown and Downtown Bay City are located on the east side of Bay City and have been targeted as economic development growth areas which continue to grow and prosper.  Also, be advised that Garfield road, where this dispensary is located, will be dramatically increasing in traffic volume as the south end bridge will be the only one of the three Bay City bridges available without paying a toll to cross over to the Uptown and Downtown Bay City areas.  Therefore, the natural flow from I-75 to the Uptown and Downtown Bay City areas will route traffic using Garfield road.
