2. Holds licenses for medical processing and medical/recreational provisioning center.  

3. Holds the cultivation license - Class B Recreational for 500 plants.

The provisioning center and processor have been up and running since January 2020 and are an example in the community. It is cash positive and paying out dividends currently.

The location is on a major highway and no other provisioning centers or cultivation sites are nearby with a cap of 3 In our county. 

 The cultivation facility will be cash positive by October 2021 and is very near planting date (5/2/21). All equipment is purchased and installed. Genetics secured. Staff secured.
