Listings on the new CannaMLS have many improvements over the old platform. Almost everything related to listings has been improved. You can add multiple pictures and PDF attachments to listings, exchange messages with buyers and sellers without leaving CannaMLS and search the listing catalog based on multiple criteria such as listing type and license. Other new features include:

• Share listings by email, Facebook, LinkedIn and others directly form the listing page

For Sellers

• Improved, step-by-step listing creation wizard

• Centralized messaging section to view messages from all potential buyers
• Have your user or company profile displayed on listings with a PRO account

CannaMLS now offers three three user subscription tiers. Choosing a higher tier gives you access to more features and also gives you a higher discount on all of your listings. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.

Premium Tier

• 10% Discount on all listings
• Gives access to advanced search filters and listing catalog spreadsheet export

PRO

• Ideal for brokers, agents, attorneys and other professionals
• 20% Discount on all listings
• Unlimited free Bronze listings
• Access to buyer and seller leads

All CannaMLS users have acces to the built-in messaging system. This allows you to easily exchange messages with any buyer, seller or PRO on the site. Messages are received instantly, and you get an email notification whenever a new user contacts you. Other features of the new messaging system include:

• Access all your messages from a centralized messaging section
• Message read receipts
• Unread message notifications
• Messaging contact data export

Help Requests

CannaMLS now offers users the ability to request the assistance of a PRO in buying or selling their cannabis property or business. You can submit help requests even without a CannaMLS account. Just fill out the help request form and provide some details about what you are trying to buy or sell. Once submitted, your help request will be visible to PROs on CannaMLS, who may then contact you about your request.

CannaMLS now offers a user account tier specifically designed for brokers, agents, attorneys and other cannabis professionals. PRO accounts have access to all site features and are given significant discounts on listings. Some other features of a PRO account include:

• 100% discount on Bronze listings
• Public profile page (optional, can be hidden if desired)
• Access to buyer and seller leads
• Profile picture and contact information visbile on listings
