While our primary focus has been on CBD and THC manufacturing, we understand the potential of psilocybin products developed in the early stage Oregon market, and believe the brands that are best formulated and marketed for success will offer the greatest chances to grow not just within Oregon but into other states as the legal landscape evolves.
Since Oregon's decriminalization of psilocybin over a year ago we have been preparing to apply for Oregon Health Authority processing (and possibly extraction) licensure on Jan. 2, 2023. While we understand the market potential, we also understand that there are many entities such as your own that are better funded and have greater backing than TBC can hope to acquire on its own. Because of this, we are currently offering TBC for investment or outright sale to a limited number of outside businesses and investment firms that have interest in developing the psilocybin market.
