*We have already incurred the expense of having a reputable cannabis attorney draft an  APA ( Asset Purchase Agreement ) and one that is capable of handling an escrow account to protect both parties during the transaction.

This is for the sale of the license only, buyer will use license at their newly approved OLCC site location. 

Buyer can change the tier size and type to fit their operation during their OLCC application process, it does not matter what type of producer license we have.
