Need working partner with at least $50,000 in working capital.  Working Partner will operate the business under our licenses and split profit with us keeping 50% of net profit and giving us 50%.  He will only be business partner.  We will continue paying payments on building.

Working Partner will pay operating expenses such as labor, supplies, maintenance of equipment, etc.

Currently it make about $12,5000 per month.  We need working partner with ability to build up business and make it profitable for both of us.  That is why he will be only business partner and not real estate partner.

Working partner will enter the business with $50,000 working capital that will be kept in his/her bank account to be used for operating expenses.

We are flexible on lease terms based on working partner's desire.  If he/she proves himself, he can be with us as long as he desires.

After two years, if he is willing to buy building we will sell it to him and be his partner 50/50.  Grow and Processor licenses are active.
