3 year lease option with a guarantee of 15 harvests.  If we lose a crop your lease will automatically extended for your 15 Harvest guarantee.  You are paid at every Harvest for the life of your lease.  Lease payments are calculated on the percentage of profits per Harvest.  Option to renew is offered 30 days prior to the end of the lease agreement.    If you become an investor you will have access to the Cannabis operations to visit our farm - just call and let us know when you want to schedule your tour.  And as added protection for your investment you'll have access to our financial records and anything related to the grow operations.  And for fun and peace of mind we have cameras at our facility where we'll give you on-going access so you may check on your Grow investment at anytime.

All terms are memorialized in writing within our contracts for both parties to execute prior to any currency exchange.  Contracts are executed with our retained legal team.
