The sale  consists of one (1)  wholesale RECREATIONAL & MEDICAL grow facility of approximately 6,000 total sq. ft. with  2,275 sq. ft. of flower benching. At any given time, there are 3,000 plants in the facility ranging  from new immature clones to mature plants ready for harvest.  

Average total monthly pounds of Flower for the last six (6) months equaled  

152.34 lbs./month.  

 Average total monthly pounds of Trim for the last six (6) months equaled  

83.40 lbs./month.  

 Average total monthly pounds of Flower + Trim for the last six (6) months equaled  253.75 lbs./month.  

(Note: These yields are expected to increase significantly with the installation  

 of the newly purchased L.E.D. lights to be installed in December of 2021.)  

Average monthly gross revenue for the last six (6) months equaled $ 300,000/month.  L.E.D. Lights have been purchased with an estimated increase in yield of 20% - 30%. This will  increase revenue significantly without any increase in grow expenses.
