Need to finish maximizing Building #1 to where it will have 145 lights and produce appx. 2,500 Lbs of Flowers a year at $2400 per Lb average which equals 6 million in Flower Sales and will create $1 million in Manufactured products per year. Total approximately 7 million in sales for building #1 when maximized.
There will be opportunities to lease more space in the Santa Cruz Park with the potential to reach $40,000,000 in sales
Over the course of the next 36 months, we expect the legal USA Cannabis Industry to start maturing. Federal Regulations will evolve and the Industry will continue to gain credibility. As a result, we will be well positioned with Locations, Licenses, Infrastructure, and a Recognized Brand which will be an attractive acquisition target to be purchased by a Cannabis Multi-State Operator who wants a foothold in California Cannabis.
