We are seeking an investor to fund between $600K-800K, for an opportunity to purchase equity in a cultivation project near the finger lakes in NY. The finger lakes provide the most favorable and driest weather in the state, allowing a massive advantage over most of the competing licenses, given the near-total ban on artificial light usage. 

Based on the clear lack of supply projected in the state for the next two to three years due to license issuance shortages, there is an opportunity to conservatively produce $3-4MM annual gross revenue from our cultivation license, utilizing exotic strains under climate-controlled conditions.

The project will be spearheaded by industry experts with proven track records in other recreational states. An opportunity to process biomass through the cultivation license will become available next year, as the OCM introduces new language to the statute.
